Just looking over their record, they have always been well below 0.500 since 2001. What must they do? I think the coach needs to get to work a lot harder, particularly in the recruiting business. Tactically, they seem more sound than Fullerton, but they just don't have the raw material to have a winning season. They haven’t had a winning season for as long as I can remember.
